Eve was very helpful with her briefing and instructions and Steve the pilot and Phil, my husband, got on extremely well. Our first booking on Monday had to be cancelled due to weather conditions, and it wasn't looking good early yesterday morning, but the clouds cleared and it was perfect. As my husband is a licensed pilot, Steve explained the controls and let him fly the plane explaining all the idiosyncrasies of the plane as they flew along. My husband enjoyed every second and then got a look under the bonnet on their return to explain the fuel system. A truly great experience, thanks for coming to his rescue after he had been let down by another company.
I shall certainly recommend you to anyone who wants a similar experience."

"I contacted the operator using the telephone number provided on the gift voucher. The operator arranged the date and time to suite me whilst i was on the telephone. They gave me all the required information and even e-mailed me to confirm the date and time. All the required documents were attached to the e-mail (health & satey documents as required by all riding schools).
The directions were clear and accurate. There were plenty of mini resturants, pub and small cafe within the area. Wimbledon common is a good place for a picnic (weather permitting).
The staff were very friendly and helpful.The staff spoke with me for a while to assess my knowledge and riding experience.They gave me a horse to match my riding ability and weight.The horse was well kept and the riding equipment was in good condition.The whole experience was completed in a calm relaxed manor.

The experience was totally amazing. I throughly enjoyed my day and would recommend this experience to other people (regardless if they are a beginner or experienced). I did take more information from the operator about completing another experience with them.
The operator was happy for me to talk with the staff and wonder around the stables to stroke the other horses."
